Official

Well now that I have finished editing the blog and taking a break to feed Beck, I can now get onto blogging. So I have officially decided to make this into a blog for our family however I don't know how successful I will be at keeping up with it.

Andrew will be 2 next month and is getting so big. It is crazy to think it has been 2 years already.

Beck will be 6 months on Andrew's birthday as he was born on Andrew's half birthday (exactly 18 months to the day). He is getting bigger and is rolling over constantly. I just can't wait until he is finally sitting up on his own.

Peter is working hard and is loving every minute. Andrew has an obsession with Peter right now and even calls him Peter instead of daddy when he is calling him.

I am training for a half marathon (my first) that will be October 25th. I decided to do the Prison Break one here in Boise. It should be fun. High school volleyball starts up soon and then clob will be right after that.

Somewhat of a simple update on our lives

Five Years ago

The weight loss has been going well. I have begun training for my first half marathon that will take place in November. I figured that if I was planning on running in the Hood to Coast relay next summer that I should get somewhat of a head start and see what I am really in for. I am gradually getting down and I found that I can fit into some smaller sized pants now and it is really beginning to make me feel a whole lot better about it.

I had some frustrations earlier this week with Peter about money and special occasions. I was very emotional and could not and still do not understand his feeling on special occasions and not having to do much just to celebrate. I feel like it ruins it for me when I want to get him something and he just tells me that he doesn't want anything. Anyways, it is somewhat resolved and we will see how things work out.

Speaking of special occasions, today is 5 years from the day of our 1st date. It has been quite the ride but I wouldn't trade it for the world. I have a wonderful husband who loves me and 2 beautiful little boys who are the light of my life.

I want to end with a quote from the movie P.S. I love you that I really liked:

"I know what it is not to feel like you’re in the room until he looks at you or touches your hand or even makes a joke at your expense, just to let everyone know... you're with him. You're his."
